After land-use items, the commission approved a board of equalization adjustment and County vouchers and payroll as presented.
Staff clarified voucher additions (an IT invoice that had been missed in August was added to September's packet). The commission approved vouchers on a motion, and the board of equalization adjustment was approved earlier in the session.
Clerk staff announced a 2 p.m. public hearing on Oct. 29 for a zoning amendment from A-5 agricultural to R-1 residential on Dennis Peterson’s property in the Hannah area and previewed other agenda items including seasonal road-closure requests. Later the commission moved into a closed session to discuss professional competency and mental or physical health of an individual; it reconvened at about 12:15 p.m. and reported no action taken.
