Chair Kessler also identified an RS he had prepared—'26 RS 26 93'—described in the record as a bill relating to 'FFL licensees and immunity from civil liability when they enter into a, hold agreement.' Representative McNorton asked for clarification of the phrase 'hold agreement'; after the clarification the chair again accepted the introduction without objection.
Representative Swartzfiger stated he had 'House Bill 2423' regarding wildlife and the use of drones by 'federally licensed drone applicators' to locate wounded, recently deceased, or harvested deer. The chair noted that if the bill had been prefiled and already read in yesterday, it was already in committee. Swartzfiger confirmed HB2423 had been prefiled and was already in the committee, so no further introduction was required.
Chair Kessler moved the meeting on after accepting the uncontested introductions and then proceeded with member introductions and committee housekeeping.
