Ollie (the commission clerk/staff) and Mister Venegas confirmed the corrections had already been made to the online briefs and resolutions. "Yes, we verified that the information that was presented that's now displayed on the briefs on the website is correct," Mister Venegas said.
The clerk then called the roll for the motion to approve the corrected packet. The recorded responses on the roll call were affirmative and the motion carried, formalizing the corrected online documents.
Commissioners discussed whether to review past packets more broadly but concluded the posted corrections were accurate; staff reminded commissioners that briefs and resolutions are available with each agenda for verification.
The action updates the county record to reflect the corrected vote tallies for the December 11, 2024 meeting.
