Planning Commission votes to authorize closed meeting for legal counsel on land-use matters

The clerk called the roll. Chair McPhail, Vice Chair Brown, Commissioner Carroll, Commissioner Justice, Commissioner Ross, Commissioner Moses Nett and Commissioner Schiefler were recorded as voting yes. The motion carried and the body adjourned the public portion of the work session to go into closed session for the stated purpose.
Before recessing, Chair McPhail thanked the County Attorney's Office for the presentation and reiterated the commission's practice of routing questions through the chair and staff for legal inquiries. The commission returned to open business and adjourned the work session that evening.
