"I wanna strongly oppose the rezoning for 81 townhomes on 7.5 acres," said Jalen, a nearby resident who lives directly adjacent to the site, calling the plan a "direct violation" of county stormwater and tree‑protection standards and saying the existing pump station "cannot support this project" without a major replacement.
