Planning Commission defers Hornbaker Road rezoning and special‑use permit to Nov. 5

Staff said the deferrals allow the applicant and staff additional time to prepare materials and are routine when parties request a date certain continuance.
Next steps: Both items are scheduled to return to the commission on Nov. 5, 2025.
