Later in the session Representative Penny moved that the House adjourn and reconvene Monday, July 21 at 10:30 a.m., a motion the transcript records as seconded by Representative Mike Clampett. A voice vote followed and the Presiding Officer declared, “The ayes have it and the house stands adjourned.”
