Receiver’s office schedules June 5 Commonwealth Court hearing on Chester stormwater-authority plan modification

The hearing will be held in Courtroom No. 1 on the 9th floor of the Widener Building, 1339 Chestnut Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. "The matter...a hearing is before Commonwealth Court Judge Matthew Wolf," Kapoor said, adding that the hearing will be in person and will not be live streamed. He said members of the public may attend in person.
The announcement follows the filing of the plan modification by the receiver's office. Kapoor said the hearing could involve a transition in judicial oversight: Judge Wolf "would be taking over, from Judge Ellen Sisler," who retired late last year.
