The Lucas City Council approved its consent agenda and took routine nominations at the Oct. 2 meeting.
A councilmember moved to approve the minutes of the Sept. 18 meeting and the consent agenda; the motion was seconded and the council voted in favor. The presiding officer announced the motion carried.
