Rush Valley’s Planning & Zoning board approved a building permit on Nov. 5 for a 14-by-18-foot storage/tuck shed at 401 South Johnson Lane.
Applicant Della Frost told the board the pad is ready and she is not planning to install interior water or power. "I'm just building a a tuck shed. It's 14 foot by 18 foot," Frost said. Staff and a board member confirmed the setbacks met code for the preexisting lot and that engineering documentation would be checked prior to final permit issuance.
The board moved to approve the permit; the motion passed with members saying "aye." Staff instructed Frost to sign the permit form and wait for final processing and invoicing.
