Board to consider lease amendment to allow Great Rivers Greenway and O'Fallon trail and bridge work at Barrett Haven Park

City Administrator Kathy Pratt described a proposed amendment to the Barrett Haven Park lease with Great Rivers Greenway (GRG) during the Oct. 1 special work session. GRG purchased property in Dardenne Prairie to develop the Darden Greenway and Barrett Haven Park; the operating agreement and lease date to 2007 and have allowed the city to operate the property as a park since that time.
