The North Logan City Council voted Oct. 8 to approve right-of-way acquisition agreements for parcels along Wolfpack Way between 1500 North and 1800 North tied to the COG 200 East project.
Alan and Jordan described two parcel agreements, including frontage adjacent to a pediatric dental clinic (identified as Skyrim Holdings) and Northpointe properties. Staff said the agreements are structured to protect tenants and to minimize business disruption during construction; reduced parking for brief periods was anticipated but full operations would continue. Councilmember Kenny moved to approve the agreements; Emily seconded and the council approved them by voice vote.
Staff noted that some parcel numbering in project documentation differs from tax ID/GIS parcel numbers and that the tax ID numbers will be used for final documents. The acquisitions are intended to preserve access and staging for the scheduled 200 East improvements.
