Councilors moved and seconded the motion to approve the monthly expenses and to give Laurie/Lori authority to begin consolidating redundant programs. The motion passed with an affirmative voice vote.
The council did not settle vendor details or any recurring fees at the meeting; staff said they would return with cost estimates and recommended vendor information at a future meeting.
