City reports surge in permits: apartments, restaurants and an AT&T tenant improvement

Planning and building staff also told council they completed final inspections on an Applebee’s location and continue to process bids for public projects including a pickleball court and municipal pool. No formal vote or council action occurred during the update; staff said they would continue enforcement where permits were missing and follow through on inspections.
