Tangipahoa Parish fire board elects 2026 officers, approves budget and accepts donated vehicles

Daryl Senagra was nominated and elected president for 2026 after a motion to close nominations and a roll-call vote. Louis Joseph was nominated and confirmed as vice president, and the board closed nominations and confirmed its secretary in subsequent votes. A board member who nominated Senagra said, “I nominate Daryl Senagra.” The board congratulated the incoming officers before moving to routine business.
During the finance report, Mister Atkins said the finance committee is still closing out 2025, reconciling purchase orders and expects to have final numbers by the next meeting.
