He also described warming centers and a garage of winter supplies at the shelter house holding coats, hats, gloves, socks and heating pads. Trey encouraged commissioners and the public to use those neighborhood resources and to publicize them.
Commissioners asked for the first name of a neighborhood contact (Baya) and requested reminders that the broader public could use to help communicate available cold-weather resources.
