Riverside LAFCO adopts annual review policy for processing fees (Policy A-16)

"We hadn't increased our fees since 2015," Craig said, describing the policy as establishing "a clear and transparent process for setting those fees so we can ensure cost recovery and reflect the market conditions and accommodate inflation." Commissioners asked no substantive follow-up questions. Commissioner Sanchez moved adoption of Policy A-16; Commissioner Underwood seconded, and the commission adopted the policy by unanimous roll-call vote.
The motion directs staff to integrate the policy into the agency policy manual and to conduct annual fee schedule surveys and analyses in coordination with budget review.
