HOLLY SPRINGS, Ga. — The Downtown Development Authority approved routine administrative items, including the minutes listed as 08/20/2025 and the Authority’s annual Cherokee County Chamber of Commerce membership renewal not to exceed $340.
Board members reviewed the minutes in the packet and voted to approve them by voice vote. Speaker 1 then moved to approve the chamber membership invoice (#59564) and the board approved that payment by a unanimous vote of 6-0.
Those approvals were recorded as routine business and will be reflected in the authority’s administrative records.
