Heath EDC approves minutes and a real-estate sales contract after executive session

After reconvening, Unidentified Speaker 1 moved to approve a resolution approving a real-estate sales contract "on terms as discussed in executive session, subject to any revisions deemed necessary by EDC staff or its attorneys." The motion was seconded and passed by unanimous voice vote.
The resolution was approved subject to final revisions by staff and counsel; no contract text was read into the public record during the session. The board adjourned at 08:22.
