The RRA then approved negotiating an easement with AT&T Enterprises LLC for the installation of a 3‑inch conduit run of approximately 2,400 feet along the Hopkins‑Victoria corridor parallel to Minnetonka Boulevard. The proposed easement term is 20 years with options to extend; AT&T will be required to relocate or modify facilities as necessary to conform to future corridor uses.
Jessica Galatz (Transportation Project Delivery) provided the easement details and answered questions. The RRA voted on the items by voice and carried the motions; no roll‑call tallies were recorded in the public transcript.
