Commission schedules Feb. 17 public hearings for two rezonings on Pulaski Highway and Planville Drive

The Planning Commission recommended approval of that file on Jan. 5.
The second file, 2026‑R2, was described as a change from general commercial (C‑1) back to A‑1 at 7 Planville Drive for owner Thomas Polk so the property can remain residential rather than mixed use.
After the planner’s presentation the commission moved and seconded to set a public hearing on both files for 5:30 p.m. on Feb. 17. Notice and hearing details will be handled by the planning department in advance of the Feb. 17 meeting.
