A commissioner noted that a quote in the draft minutes had been attributed to "Commissioner Wall" but that the transcript or recording indicates a different speaker may have made the remark. Commissioners agreed staff (Gwen) will review the recording and identify the correct speaker; if the speaker cannot be determined with certainty, the minutes will be edited to attribute the line to "a commissioner." Commissioner Waite moved to approve the minutes with that amendment and Commissioner Nixon seconded; the motion passed unanimously.
Staff will correct the minutes before final archival.
