Planning staff explained that no applications were received and the three seats were not advertised as open because the incumbents had expressed interest in returning.
No members of the public spoke on the item at the meeting. The board’s action preserves continuity on pending matters before the Zoning Board of Appeals while the council schedules confirmation.
The board took the recommendation by voice and roll-call votes and did not attach special conditions to the recommendation. The council will consider the reappointments in a later meeting.
