Staff provided project updates: preconstruction meetings are complete for a project called Hockey Land (demolition delayed earlier by multiple asbestos discoveries) with building expected next spring; Planning Commission approved a site plan in September for an auto-care business on Kelly Road; a proposed car wash by Myers is working through lot-split and engineering review; and applicants generally have one year from site-plan approval to begin, though pending applications constitute movement on a project and extend that window.
