All of the listed routine motions were moved, seconded or supported as shown on the record and passed by roll call during the meeting. The meeting later included a separate roll-call approval to enter closed session to discuss a real property purchase and a written opinion of the city attorney exempt from disclosure.
None of the routine approvals included substantive debate in the meeting record; commissioners asked only procedural or clarifying questions in the few instances where staff presentations were offered.
