The Greenwood Advisory Planning Commission approved two sets of minutes at its Jan. 26 meeting. The minutes from Dec. 8, 2025 were approved following a motion (mover recorded as Mister Walker; second recorded as Mister Millaway) and a roll-call vote recorded as 8-0. The minutes from Jan. 12, 2026 were then approved after a motion by Mister King and a second by Miss Stambaugh; that vote also carried 8-0.
During announcements, Planning Department staff member Mister Nelson invited commissioners to a design workshop scheduled for the following day from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. He said the session will review proposed redevelopments, infill projects and new developments and encouraged commission feedback.
Chair (name not provided in transcript) introduced Carrie Williams as a new commission member who will represent the parks board; commissioners welcomed her. A motion to adjourn was made and the meeting ended at 7:11 p.m.
Votes on the minutes and adjournment were recorded during roll call and are reflected in the meeting record.
