The Delaware County Board of Finance reorganized its leadership at its Jan. 20, 2026 meeting, electing Commissioner Reagan as president and confirming Polk as secretary/treasurer.
Speaker 2 nominated Commissioner Reagan for president; Speaker 1 seconded and the board approved the nomination by voice vote. Commissioner Reagan responded, “Thank you.” Later in the meeting Speaker 2 nominated Polk for the secretary/treasurer role and Speaker 3 seconded; the board again approved by voice vote.
The board also approved the draft minutes that had been distributed to members earlier in the packet after a motion and second were voiced. The meeting then proceeded to the treasurer's report.
The meeting concluded with a motion to adjourn that was moved and seconded and adopted by voice vote. The reorganization and procedural approvals were recorded during the opening and early agenda items.
