St. Joseph County commissioners approve accounts payable and reappoint Andrew T. Castellini to airport board

The St. Joseph County Board of Commissioners voted unanimously to approve the accounts payable docket and to reappoint Andrew T. Castellini to the Airport Authority Board of Directors during its Jan. 20 meeting.
The presiding official introduced approval of the accounts payable docket; a motion to approve was made and seconded and the commissioners each responded "Aye," carrying the motion. Later in the agenda the board considered a reappointment: a commissioner moved to reappoint Andrew T. Castellini to the St. Joseph County Airport Authority Board, a second was recorded, and the motion again passed with unanimous "Aye" votes.
No public commenters appeared online during the meeting, a point the presiding official noted. After the remaining business the board moved to recess.
The meeting also authorized staff to apply for a Department of Corrections grant for juvenile community corrections (see separate item); staff will report back if the grant outcome changes.
