The Danville City Planning & Zoning Commission on an unscheduled meeting day approved a series of development items, including a Culver’s drive-through site plan conditioned on a recorded easement, several residential and commercial subdivisions, and a zoning map amendment moving an 8.694-acre parcel from Highway Business to Industrial Business District.
Commissioners accepted the financial report and heard that the audit draft is complete; the budget committee will review the draft with Chad Robinson of the audit firm on Feb. 10.
The commission approved two subdivision applications for the Team Leader parcels at May Boulevard and Fray Mave Lane (items 4 and 5 on the agenda). Planning staff and AGE Engineering noted split zoning on several lots (highway business and agriculture) and advised that parking restrictions in the agricultural portions would apply.
