Staff said the request relied on a taxpayer statement of facts and commissioners discussed the available proof; a motion to grant the adjustment passed with two ayes and one nay recorded.

Other routine votes: Commissioners approved minutes for March 17 and accepted volunteer appointments. The board took a closed session and returned at 12:04 p.m. with no action to take; the meeting was then adjourned.
