Board approves minutes, consent items and resolutions including state preschool funding

The board adopted Resolution 25/26-6 authorizing continued application for California State Preschool Program funding and approved the Proposition 28 annual arts-and-music report for fiscal year 24/25.
Trustees approved a master agreement with Stepping Stones Group LLC for student support staff services (to provide substitute support when district specialists are on leave), approved final notices of completion for playground-equipment work at King and district asphalt maintenance, and denied liability claim 02-25/26 (dated 09/18/2025).
The board also approved school-connected organizations (foundations) for specific campuses, adopted Resolution 25/26-7 to permit temporary interfund transfers of restricted funds, and adopted updated board policies and administrative regulations after first reading and discussion.
