The motion to approve the permits was made during the meeting and adopted by voice vote after brief discussion about irrigation lines and distance checks.
The commission also reappointed Amy Snow and Catherine Crainboat to the Duchesne County Library Board after staff reported both have been active in open houses and other library activities. The reappointments were moved, seconded and approved by voice vote.
