Mesa — The Kyrene Elementary District governing board voted unanimously to approve the annual addendum to Superintendent Laura Tenya’s performance‑based compensation plan for FY25–26.

"I bring forward the criteria to the Governing Board, and typically we have done this in December," Tenya said, and later added that she had met her goal for the year.
