Commissioners approve county boiler contract, reject Community Action bid; agenda and minutes approved

For a separate Community Action boiler replacement (bid #205320), purchasing staff reported a single bid from Rush Services at $152,911.93, above the project's $130,000 budget. The board voted to reject that bid and directed staff to rescope and rebid the project.
