Representative Fishbein noted the bill previously passed the chamber last year and that cross-branch work had continued to refine the text; the floor adopted the committee amendment by voice vote and the bill passed by recorded roll call, 147-0.
The amendment and final passage were noncontroversial on the floor. The bill proceeds to the Senate for consideration.
