City staff and counsel raised a procedural caution: adding a prominent box to the agenda packet should be clearly labeled as informational so it would not be mistaken for an item open for public comment or formal council action. "I would wanna make sure that if we did wanna somehow add it to, let's say, the cover page of the agenda that it wouldn't somehow imply that this is a discussion item or an action item," said an unidentified staff member. Councilors agreed language could clarify the display is informational and the packet will continue to include full supporting data in IP 6 for anyone seeking more detail.
