Station representative Butch reported programming changes while volunteer Trey is temporarily unable to work due to an injury; Butch said he is recruiting four to five new volunteers and reassigning shifts to cover gaps (SEG 165–204). "We recently replaced the UPS system, but we haven't got it hooked up yet," Butch said, and warned current battery performance leaves the stream and auxiliary systems vulnerable during power outages (SEG 215–226).
Butch outlined a new 2026 underwriting and sponsorship structure intended to be more business-friendly, including gold, silver and bronze tiers and options for year-long pre-recorded spots and event sponsorship packages. He gave example prices during the meeting for different sponsorship and pre-recorded options, and encouraged board members to review the underwriting plan included in the agenda (SEG 235–281).
On facilities, the board briefly discussed obtaining bids to replace studio carpeting and acknowledged the logistical challenge of moving equipment for installation. Members deferred a final decision to the next meeting and asked for bid estimates.
No formal station staffing actions were taken; Butch said he would continue volunteer recruitment and scheduling adjustments and would provide underwriting materials for board review.
