EQB approves consent agenda, schedules fuller February meeting

The Environmental Quality Board approved its consent agenda at the start of the Jan. 21 meeting, adopting the minutes from the Nov. 19, 2025 meeting and the preliminary Jan. 21 packet as presented.
Commissioner Arnold moved to approve the consent agenda and Board member Bakken seconded. Executive staff called the roll and the motion carried. Chair Nancy Daubenberger proceeded to the meeting’s principal agenda item: consideration of expedited rule changes for energy infrastructure.
After the rule adoption vote the board opened a general public-comment period; no additional members of the public offered comments. Chair Daubenberger closed the meeting, thanked participants and noted the Feb. meeting will include a fuller agenda.
