County planning to investigate zoning concern and reports May sewer flow transfer

But we will go out and investigate, and we'll get back to you."
On an unrelated utilities question, a resident asked about a historic quarterly Morgansville sanitary-district fee; a county management director said the contractor is behind schedule and that the planned flow transfer is now set for May. The director explained the May timeline was chosen to align with the city meter-reading cycle so the city will issue a final bill and the following quarter's bill will come from the county and will not include that historic charge.
Planning staff encouraged residents to report possible code or building issues to the planning office so inspectors can review properties; the county said staff will follow up with site visits and return to residents with findings.
