The council then read Resolution R2608, which approves and certifies the amounts of liens to be filed with the Pulaski County tax collector for grass cutting and other nuisance abatement costs on certain city properties. After a public hearing with no speakers, the council adopted the resolution.
Both measures passed on voice/roll votes with all present voting in favor. The resolutions direct staff to proceed with the abatement timeline and to file the certified liens with the county tax collector as provided in the ordinances.
