Tammy, a member of the project team, said the project has moved through several small, vetted change orders and that most new costs will be covered from the owner's contingency. “So what you see there is $24,700 coming out of owner's contingency moving into an increase in the GMP by that amount and, leaving you still with a healthy contingency of that $203,674,” Tammy said, summarizing the current budget picture.
