Staff: Otter Tail County meeting on Boys & Girls Club; Len Taylor handling code enforcement inquiries

On code enforcement, Clara said Len Taylor is the staff contact for code-enforcement questions in the absence of a dedicated code-enforcement officer and that multiple staff will assist as needed. Clara noted the city is still working through staffing considerations as part of the 2025 budget process.
