Senate committees adopt multiple ceremonial and recognition resolutions, add task force for dark‑sky protection

Separately, SCR 12 and SR 8 recognizing International Dark Sky Week were amended to add the convening of a task force on light pollution and dark skies and to request recommendations for when and where to ensure dark skies. The committee passed the dark‑sky measures with the proposed amendments.
