The committee approved a final plat consolidating three parcels into two buildable lots at 1127/1129 Tallman Street in Aurora.
Planning director Tracy Basic told the committee the city is inventorying city-owned properties and proposed consolidating the parcels to create two roughly 60-foot-wide by 175-foot-deep lots (about 10,000 square feet each) suitable for single-family homes. Basic said the city will look to market and sell those lots for future single-family development.
Committee members confirmed the lot dimensions and approved the final plat by voice vote (4-0). Staff indicated the narrow sliver remaining at the north end of the site is not buildable and is being incorporated into the two larger parcels.
