Unidentified Speaker led the meeting and conducted the motions and voice votes.
Unidentified Speaker opened the meeting and noted that all board members were present. Asking about changes to the agenda, the speaker said, “Do we have any amendments to the agenda?” and received the response, “No.” The speaker then asked for a motion to approve the agenda; a member moved, another seconded, and the board approved the agenda by voice vote after members responded, “Aye.”
