Council appoints Councilmember Nakanishi to finish Mayor Bregman’s 2025 term

Councilmember Nakanishi accepted the appointment and offered short remarks expressing appreciation for the honor.
The appointment was approved by motion and second during the meeting; council proceeded with appropriate ceremony and seat changes at the dais.
