MURRAY, Utah — The Murray City Planning Commission on May 1 approved a conditional use permit amendment to allow Paris RV to expand RV sales and storage at 4338 South State Street.
Staff presented the proposal, which would remove an existing building, shift access from State Street to Edison Avenue, and require additional landscaping along Edison Avenue. Staff said most requirements were met and that no public comments had been received by the time of the hearing. Mike Zaffino, the applicant, told the commission he had read the conditions and would comply.
Commission discussion noted Paris RV has expanded multiple times at this location over recent years. Commissioner Katie Rogers moved to approve the amendment subject to six conditions; Commissioner Peter Kling seconded the motion, and the roll call vote recorded approval.
Staff will monitor compliance with the conditions, including the required landscaping and the maintenance of a 20‑foot access corridor on the property.
