MURRAY, Utah — The Murray City Planning Commission approved findings of fact for three administrative items during its May 1 meeting, clearing the way for routine site reviews and a subdivision amendment.
Commissioners voted to adopt the staff findings and conclusions for the Panera Bread site plan review, the Maureen Hillcrest Pharmacy site plan review and the Abington subdivision amendment and extended subdivision review. The motion was made by Commissioner Ned Hacker and seconded by Commissioner Peter Kling; the vote carried.
According to staff, each application met the city’s applicable land‑use standards and the conditions listed in the staff reports. No public comments were offered on those items during the meeting.
The approvals enable the applicants to proceed to the next administrative steps required by the city’s land‑use process.
