Mill Creek — At its Jan. 27 meeting the Mill Creek City Council approved several agreements and motions by recorded votes.
- North Shore Senior Center contract for services: Council approved a resolution authorizing the city manager to execute a contract with North Shore Senior Center to provide senior programs and services to Mill Creek residents (motion passed 7-0).
- Mill Creek Police Officers Guild collective bargaining agreement (2025–2027): Deputy City Manager Laurel Brock reported guild ratification; council authorized the city manager to execute the agreement (motion passed 7-0).
- DRCC community campus master plan contract: Council authorized a professional-services agreement with LMN Architects and JLL not to exceed $299,980 (motion passed 7-0). See separate coverage for scope and funding.
- Annexation feasibility study: Council approved amendment No. 1 to SME Consulting LLC, increasing total compensation to $72,167 for additional sales-tax and GIS analysis; staff was directed to come back with a budget amendment to identify funds (motion passed 7-0).
- Consent agenda: Council approved the consent agenda, payroll/benefit ACH payments and minutes (motion passed 7-0).
