Lincoln Heights Council approves multiple ordinances and resolutions, accepts $49,500 CDBG award

The council accepted a CDBG grant allocation from the Board of Hamilton County Commissioners totaling $49,500 to pay for design and construction management services for the Memorial Field concession stand and authorized the village manager to execute the related agreement. That resolution also passed by a recorded vote of 5 ayes, and an emergency clause was adopted.
Votes and membership: Roll-call responses in the record show Councilwoman Phyllis Baber, Councilwoman Nona Calhoun, Councilwoman Laverne Mitchell, Vice Mayor Linda Childs Jeter and Mayor Ruby Kinsey Mumphrey voting "yes" on the listed measures. Two members were recorded as absent and excused earlier in the meeting.
